In March 2026, Othakarhaka Foundation had the privilege of hosting Ted London, a Professor at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a member of the Foundation’s Executive Board of Directors.
His visit formed part of a supervisory engagement with two MBA student teams that were working with Othakarhaka on Multidisciplinary Action Projects (MAP). During this time, he worked closely with the teams, providing guidance and oversight as they continue to support areas such as strategic planning and program development.
Beyond these sessions, Professor London also took time to engage with the Foundation’s work on the ground. He visited ongoing initiatives and planted a tree at the home of one of the beneficiaries under the Bricks of Hope Housing Project, marking a simple but meaningful contribution to the community.
His visit also coincided with the Foundation’s annual board meeting, where he participated alongside other board members in discussions focused on the organisation’s direction and continued growth.
Overall, the visit was an important moment of connection, strengthening collaboration, reinforcing shared goals, and supporting the work being done within the communities we serve.
